Something new
Okay... I'm bored out of my mind. I'm sick of eating the same things. I'm sick of NEVER having a treat. I still feel like I'm flying by the seat of my pants with my diet. TODAY I'M DONE WITH MY NUTRITIONAL PREFERENCES!! That's right. I'm jumping on the weight watchers wagon. I am going to attempt to do weight watchers by using all the amazing tools on Melissa's bloggy. Hopefully this will be a good change for me. I just want to learn how to pay attention to portion sizes and pick healthy foods and I think that the WW new momentum plan is a good step in the right direction. So... we will see how it all works out. Right now.. I'm right at the weight I was on the 5th. So I've only got a couple weeks to make this work for me! I just really hope I won't regret it!

Wow! Good luck. I hope you find some wonderfully amazing food that tastes incredible and has zero points. And I DO think it's okay every once in a while to indulge as long as you don't go overboard. Let us know if you find an amazing recipe that we all should try!
Awesome! I really really love counting WW's points because I doesn't make me feel like I'm counting calories and when I do it I'm so much more aware of what I put into my mouth! and what I love about it is that you CAN have treats, just in moderation! good luck! If you need help, just ask (not that I'm an expert, but I like to help where I can).
I just started WW myself and I love it. I don't feel deprived because I can still have those treats. I think you will do really good with it. Good luck!
I have considered doing WW instead of counting calories too... I may end up jumping on board -- or doing it come next january ;)
I think you deserve to have it work for you.... I hope the change helps the lbs keep dropping :)
