So here are some pics of this month. I skipped this outfit last month but decided I should come back to it because Melissa told me I would be glad I did. I really am!! (glad I did). It's fun to see the difference. Can't wait to see the final pics!
You have a great lookin site here! I will totally follow your progress because you inspire me in so many ways. I have a feeling I have many things to learn from you.
At the same time I can give you a mini update on me. Since starting fitness Boot Camp in January I can now Bench a 75 lb. barbell. I can do standard pushups for a minute. And I've grown some amazing muscles. Anytime I've ever worked out before in my life I've never been strong in my arms so this is a first for me. Every time I get to go up on my weights it gives me this "high" for days. I should have taken measurements back in January but never did. Although I don't have measurements I know just by looking that my stomach and arms have slimmed down even if the scale has only moved 12 lbs.
