Saturday mornings are for sleeping in right?

So.. I was really excited last night that I got to sleep in this morning. I mean, it's been quite the adjustment waking up at 4:30 so I was hoping to shoot for 8:30 or 9! Unfortunately I woke up at exactly 4:26! What on earth? I looked at the clock and laughed a little. Then I laid my head down on the pillow and attempted to sleep in once again. I woke up twice more and when I saw the 2nd time that it was 7:11 I figured... what the heck? Might as well get up and go do some cardio. I'm seriously so addicted.
I also was thinking that on my "day of rest" I would love to get in a really good CORE workout. Anyone have any suggestions on a really awesome CORE DVD?

I know this is going to sound really silly, but the dollar tree stores have a ton of great workout dvd's. And the best part, if you end up not liking them, it's only a dollar! I got everything from pilates and yoga to cardio to specific toning ones. Also, DI rocks for videos. They are 50 cents a piece for a video, I found all my Billy Blanks videos, some (take a deep breath here) Richard Simmons, even some freaky old Kathy Ireland crap!! Oh, and my favorite, a dance/workout video from 1990 by Paula Abdul!! So theres your giggle for the day. Awesome work on your dedication, and that you are LOVING exercise. I am almost there again...

I do a great core workout with Jackie Warner on demand... I think it is called One-on-one training with Jackie Warner. All of her workouts are awesome. I have done it for three weeks and I am still sore (in a good way) every time I do it. There is a dvd available but if you happen to have on demand, you can just try out all the different workouts for free.
