Just sayin...

Umm.. did back and legs today... just wondering who ever thought doing a zillion pull-ups was like a FANTASTIC way to get your back in shape... err... my arms are hammered.. every freakin' P90X workout I've done seems to involve my ARMS!!! My arms hate Tony Horton... but... I can already SEE a difference in them... hmm... I see the love/hate relationship building. :o)

Tony Rox...and I LOVE P90X...but you already knew that. ;o)
So, if you want to use your back more...try the bands. You feel your arms, but you feel your back more.
Rock on girlie...Can't wait to see YOUR P90X results!

I'm using both... bands and pull up bar cause my bar is NOT wide... I also probably need a sturdier chair! BAH!! It's all good. I LOVE DOING THEM.. just wish my arms could have a little break! Yoga almost killed me.

I got P90X a couple years ago and got absolutely no where with it. I definitely couldn't handle it at the level of fitness I've been at. I'd definitely consider trying it again when I'm to the point where I'm pretty much just working on toning.

I still have not looked at the p90x yet. I thought I had everything set up in the basement but am having some problems. I'm trying to hook up through my husbands projector cause me tv is so small I can't see it! The joy of major vision problems (sigh) So right now I am still using my treadmill and going to the local rec center. I am thinking about checking out some of the pe classes at school too. Apparently I have a free memebership to the school gym as long as I am attending classes. I need a class to teach me how to use the equipment. In my day, girls were not allowed to use this stuff. lol Keep up the good work and good luck with your other contest. You are amazing.
